Muslim Law and the Constitution
The book is divided into eight chapters. The first chapter deals with Muslim law in general. In the succeeding chapters the validity of different aspects of the personal law such as conversion marriage or succession or divorce and pre-emption is tested on the touchstone of the constitution.
