Diplomacy Indian Style

This book is not a history of Indian diplomacy. Only a few of the major decisions have been studied with a view to find out how and why mistakes were made. The lack of access to the archives has been a handicap. At the same time there is much in the public domain and what is required is a holistic understanding of what happened and why.
